Open tonight · kitchen until 10pm
Cook the market. Feed the neighbourhood.
A seasonal kitchen and natural wine bar on Carroll Street. Small plates, big tables, and a menu that fades out anything you can’t eat.

The live menu
Tap what you eat. The rest steps aside.
Vegan, gluten-free, no nuts? Pick as many as you like. Dishes that don’t fit fade out and cross themselves off, and the counter tells you what’s left. Tap any dish to see its allergens.

Our story
We cook what the farms send, and we tell you exactly what’s in it.
Mise opened in 2019 with twelve seats, one oven and a chalkboard that changed twice a day. The room got bigger. The chalkboard became this website. The rule stayed the same: cook the market, and never make a guest guess.
